Helium X 30: Gross Horsepower to Storm Heaven for Mobile Processors

Just need to take a look to the past and the present, with the helium helium and 20 X 25 X on the street, and with the new P10, to register account that MediaTek is putting at the height of the largest manufacturers of processors of today. The evolution in the last years of the Taiwanese manufacturer has been amazing and has now given birth to its most powerful chip, helium X 30 built in 10 nanometer FinFet +.
The size of the transistors in a processor influences many aspects of its operation. It determines its speed, its energy management and, of course, its size. 10 nanometers to raise the bar in terms of speed, power, and consequently size management. Let’s see what is the creature that has brought MediaTek the world.

The new team leader, helium X 30

Already have long been announcing what was to come when the helium 30 X is finally official. Its specifications were known practically to detail and last thing we learned was to be confirmed 10 NMS. A few days later, Mediatek has lifted the veil that covered his new processor and is already among us.
With helium 30 X we have a very important leap of generation, more of what we could expect in due time. Transistors reduced its size by half as the 20-nanometer helium 20 X passed to the 10 nanometers in the new model. But not is there change, also changed the technology of the nuclei. All a heavyweight.
In this new helium X 30 we stumbled upon new cores Core Pilot Mediatek 3.0 configuration. A total of ten cores configured in three clusters of two, four and four cores to deliver maximum power or saving energy according to the needs of the chip. Dual-core Cortex-A73 2, 8 GHz, quad-core Cortex-A53 to 2, 2 GHz and other quad-core Cortex-A35 2 GHz.
As expected, the jump to virtual reality is here with the change of the GPU. After several generations on the Mali, Helium 30 X is eventually left with a PowerVR Series7X7 820 MHz. The manufacturer has not specified the exact model but it could be both the GT7200 and the GT7400 Plus, both perfectly able to withstand Daydream, the virtual reality software from Google that has already arrived in the ASUS Zenfone Deluxe 3 and that next year could have as a main ally to the Samsung Galaxy S8.
Helium X 30 supports in addition up to 8GB of RAM LPDDR4 and it offers us connectivity LTE category 12. In case outside little, will be capable of processing images of dual cameras with up to 28 megapixels each and conr 4 K resolution video. With helium X 30 screens of 2560 x 1600, 60Hhz and even 120Hhz FullHD screens may be mounted.
