Drinks to Enjoy the Weekend!

Uauuuuuu as soon as we pulled out of a weekend long and has arrived the weekend…. Jeez good thing huh! To celebrate a few more short days off… lol… the Hunch of Luxury is having a really hot tip for you: there are three types of drinks that are the most successful in Spain. I was there in August and I confess that I could not resist… took some “SIPs” of these delights… facinhas facinhas to prepare at home to receive the guests with great style! Ariba.. Ariba… paper and pen in hand and “Chu Chu”!

Mojito

Mojito is a white rum-based cocktail from Cuba. It is known that flourished in Havana night using ingredients native to the Caribbean. The ingredients are, in addition to the Rum, sugar (the experts recommend the sugar syrup, not grainy), mint, lime and club soda.

Gin And Tonic

Refreshing and bitter, is the drink of fashion both in classic and in the coolest bars in Spain. The gin and tonic originated by the need of English soldiers consume quinine to prevent malaria. As with quinine tonic was very bitter, soldiers added Gin to make it more palatable.

Put plenty of ice in a tall glass chopped, add the dose of gin, lemon and slice complete with chilled tonic water.

Tinto De Verano

Tinto de verano is one of the most popular drinks to face the summer in Spain. Is made of a delicious blend of red wine, soda or water sprit, ice, lots of ice! Simply put… it’s a sangria without fruit, refreshing and delicious.
